Located on East Coast Road in Chennai for a Builder, this marketing office serves as both a customer experience center and a striking brand statement. Its bold, angular design and dynamic façade, featuring backlit perforated metal panels, reflect motion and innovation. A dramatic geometric canopy frames a double-height glass atrium, inviting visitors in. Thoughtful materiality, lighting, and landscaping create a futuristic yet welcoming atmosphere, making the building a true urban landmark.

A serene modern residence blends simplicity with sophistication. Clean lines, floating volumes, and glass expanses frame nature, while a central courtyard brings light and calm into the heart of the home.
